Janessa Leone strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and we want you to love your order. We offer our USA customers a store credit for item(s) returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges and suggest that should you need to exchange, simply send your goods back for a return and repurchase your desired size. 

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Please note an automatic $10 restocking fee is subtracted from your refund, which covers the return label costs.  

What if I need to return more than one hat?

If you are returning two or more hats and require more than one box, please reach out to our support team at: info@janessaleone.com. You will be provided with the correct return labels within 1-2 business days.

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your items are inspected by the store, we will issue a store credit typically within 10 days of receipt to our warehouse.  The store credit will be emailed to the email provided on the original order.  We're currently experiencing delays processing returns due to COVID-19. 

What items are returnable?

  • Items that have been delivered within 14 day.
  • New and unused items with all original tags still attached.
  • Orders must be returned in original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Personal items
  • Shipping charges 
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Purchases of gift cards
